Avizor is a global leader in supplying products for the cleaning and maintenance of all types of contact lenses along with an ocular health range. Launched in 1981 as a family owned business with its headquarters and production centre in Madrid, Spain, the company started with the production Of private label products but soon launched its own Avizor brand.

In the nearly four decades that followed the original launch, the company currently stands in a frontline position to emerge as a global force in the eye care industry. Currently the company exports close to 90% of its production to more than 80 countries, and employs more than 200 people around the world.

In an important expansion process, Avizor created its Ocular Health Division in April 2015 aiming to launch the Visaid range of products to the Spanish ophthalmologist and the pharmacist. In this way, Avizor proposes a diversification strategy to grow and position itself as a leader in ophthalmology. Prescription ophthalmic products are also included within its future development plans
